WORK: Wellcome

Seeing impact. Feeling purpose.

Wellcome’s people don’t just work on global challenges - they drive change. Mission in Motion was designed to bring that impact to life, immersing employees in the scale, significance, and possibility of their work.

Built around exploration, conversation, and discovery, the experience invited attendees to step inside the stories shaping climate and health. Immersive galleries put research into perspective, panel discussions sparked new thinking, and an interactive quiz, hosted by Paul Sinha, brought a sense of play and participation.

Every space was designed to flow seamlessly, making it easy to move between moments of inspiration and deep engagement. Accessibility was a priority from the outset—sensory maps, quiet spaces, live transcription, and audio descriptions ensured that every attendee could connect in a way that worked for them.

Behind the scenes, our fully integrated team managed every element with technical precision and onsite expertise, crafting an experience that felt effortless while delivering maximum impact.

The result? A powerful, energising moment that left employees with a deeper connection to their work, their colleagues, and the mission they shared.

To see the hard work, impact and aspirations of the whole organisation in one place was beyond motivating. I have got a lot of feedback across the organisation on how this has helped them see what we do and can do. And motivated colleagues is the starting point and prerequisite for impact.
