Stagestruck, renowned for its innovative car launches, faced a unique challenge with Škoda’s groundbreaking Kodiaq. With an ambitious vision for the experience, Škoda sought an event that would match the magnitude of their new model.
Our experienced team selected Bilbao as the destination and crafted a 12-day event for 4,000 dealers from 70 countries. Inspired by the Kodiaq’s bold design, we unveiled the car with a spectacular, large-format projection-mapped reveal that set the stage for a truly memorable launch.
The event featured 1,300 crew members, 230 Samsung VR headsets, 5km of truss, 1,900 light fittings, 1,400m² of projection, 250 cars, diverse test drive routes, and a gala dinner with flying drummers and indoor parkour athletes.
As lead agency, Stagestruck managed the entire journey—from strategy to logistics—showcasing our ability to transform an ambitious vision into an awe-inspiring automotive experience.
The result? A show-stopping launch that set new standards for the automotive industry, delivering a seamless, immersive experience that captivated audiences and positioned the Škoda Kodiaq as a true game-changer.
