Team: Production.
Reporting to: Group Account Director.
Regular place of work: Anstey, Hertfordshire (min 2 days a week). There is also access to an office space in London.
Hours: Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid. (You are expected to be flexible with these hours to suit business needs, for example during events.)
Salary: £35k - £45k per annum.
Travel Required: Regular travel both in the UK and overseas.
About the role
As a Producer you will coordinate and support with the production of live events, showcases and experiential activations for our wide range of clients. You will create and lead small teams to manage the life cycle of our mid-range projects. You will also participate in new business acquisition, capturing briefs and managing the pitch process for smaller projects to the direction of the Group Account Directors.
Your duties will include:
Proposal and Project delivery
- Participate and on occasion lead on the delivery of projects from pre-production through to onsite delivery ensuring the highest standards of quality in all areas of production and event delivery.
- Be able to brief and comment on creative work, liaising with the design and content teams.
- Manage smaller client RFPs to the direction of the GAD, to create proposals, critical paths and budgets.
- Create, manage and deliver budgets up to £450K which look to delivering value to the client whilst delivering Stagestruck margins.
- Create high quality briefs, playbooks, schedules, pitch decks and other documentation using Microsoft products.
- Perform all tasks necessary to deliver the project, following the end-to-end process.
- Reconcile projects on completion, ensuring best practice and learnings are shared with the client and Stagestruck team.
Leadership
- Effectively communicate with the Stagestruck internal teams to ensure the delivery of the project meets expectations.
- Depending on the size of the project, lead the Stagestruck team ensuring clear communications throughout the project.
Account management
- Demonstrate good client management skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with our valued client base, under the direction of the Group Account Director.
- Ability to understand the strategic objectives of the clients, within the context of the projects, and the KPIs they are looking to achieve.
Contribution to the wider business strategy and plans
- Ensure compliance with Stagestruck process and deliver on our high sustainability, safety and quality standards.
General duties
- Attend industry events and complete training as required for your role.
- Assist with the development of assistant members of your team.
- Travel to client/event locations a required, including overseas travel.
- All other tasks as instructed by your line manager.
- You may also be given other administrative tasks from time to time depending on the needs of the business.

Experience and qualifications
- Experience of delivering conferences, events, showcases or experiential activations, ideally for B2B clients in an agency setting.
- Full UK driving licence, own transport and current passport required due to the nature of our business.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
We actively encourage ongoing skills development and will support with both on and offsite training courses and qualifications. You must ensure you are continually maintaining and developing a good level of knowledge in your field. You will be required to identify and contribute to your own training plans. This is in addition to the mandatory training that is completed by all Technical Project Managers.
