The team
The creative studio at Stagestruck is full of talent from graphic designers, motion designers, 3D designers, CAD technicians and a creative director who all collaborate to deliver pioneering work for our clients.
Stagestruck also have other departments bursting with individual specialities and collective expertise from a Content & Digital department, Production department, Technical department, Scenic department and Operations.
What you will be doing
Key day-to-day aspects and requirements of the Middleweight Graphic Designer role include:
- Work across pitches and live projects as part of a wider creative team to visually bring the creative concept to life under the direction of the senior designers and the Creative Director.
- Develop a design language across projects and evolve that thinking across 2D applications, 3D environments, and digital content adhering to client brand guidelines.
- Create assets for presentations, visual briefs, small collateral and large format prints.
- Generate print-ready artwork for small and large formats.
- Work with the wider stagestruck teams to proactively contribute to the creation of an event from start to finish.
- With the assistance of others, be hands-on with print delivery, Truckloads and Onsite installations, that could include global travel.
- Demonstrate an ability to clearly structure your thinking and time management in response to creative challenges.
- You are able to work from home but will be required to come to the office on average 3 times a week, dependent on work requirements.
Who you are
- Confident to lead projects under your own steam.
- Have experience with events and producing graphics for large format print.
- Proficient in Adobe CC’s Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and XD. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
- Is passionate about graphic design and visual creativity.
- Has a hunger to learn and grow within a creative environment.
- A team player, supporting the team and collaborating when required.
- Willing to listen, learn and share ideas.
- Can be agile and adapt well to change as ideas evolve.
- Ability to work from client brand guidelines.
- Has good personal time management skills and can work towards deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace.
- Must have a vehicle and drive, due to Stagestrucks location.
